Nancy (visiting from Illinois and a Nadia/Ana kiddo sponsor) with Sebastian (practicing walking!!), and Raluca in crib. Sebi and Liviu are both full of personality, enjoy being out of their cribs and trying to walk! Raluca is 4 years old and displays evidence of what the lack of care and interactions produce.
